One of the reasons why I don’t like winter is because the styling options are not that many (especially if you are always cold like me). I have a nice black coat that I love but I really can’t stand wearing the same thing for 5 months in a row just not to get cold. This year, I have invested in a cool faux-fur coat from Spirit Hoods (this one to be precise) and I can’t wait for it to arrive! I think faux-fur gives you this instant cool and chic vibe but it’s important to keep the rest pretty low key (jeans + black boots + a neutral cashmere) to avoid the Kim Kardashian look… Here are some of my favorites:
As most women, I always tend to pack way too many items when I travel. This summer, I decided to only bring a carry-on suitcase for a long weekend with friends on the Liguria coast in Italy, here are my travel essentials:
A black swimsuit (that can be used as a top with a pareo for a quick lunch or happy hour), a nice chic blouse combined with denim jeans and a shopper that I’ll use to carry all my belongings and my books, at the beach.
I love the tassel detail on this bikini bottom perfect to look good on the beach, these fringed mules can also be worn at night for a more casual look and this red dress is just amazing !
For the evening, a small black purse (this one has sequins on which makes it perfect to go out dancing as well !), high heel sandals, a jumpsuit that can be worn with sandals for a more casual look during the day or heels for a more elegant look. I also love this white one shoulder summer dress that will look great for happy hour…

Culottes are super trendy right now (I just bought a pair at Zara, they have a great selection!) and since it’s a tricky piece to wear, I thought I’d share some ideas with you guys…
classic black and white (love the panama hat detail), this is probably my favorite!
perfect to go to work (yellow and gray is always a good idea)…
this is more of an evening outfit in my book, I like the combo with the leather jacket
