happy friday

Happy Friday people! I finally managed to breathe a little this week before another marathon begins. Tonight we’re going out with a friend to celebrate the fact that it is Fri-yay, tomorrow we’re off to Genoa for the day and Sunday will be spent packing for the upcoming week…

Here are 3 things making me happy:

The Colonne di San Lorenzo is one of my favorite spots in Milan…

New foot gear and purse from Bocage that I bought in Lyon last week…

Wednesday night was home made pizza night!

Have a great weekend people!

cool places : the giulia in milan

The Giulia is part of the Room Mate Hotel chain (we stayed at their Granada hotel – it was great!), that offers great design hotels, mainly in downtown locations at competitive prices. The one in Milan was completely decorated by renowned interior decorator Patricia Urquiola and is located next to the Duomo

cool places : terrazza aperol in milan

aperol 1

I passed in front of the terrazza Aperol a million times and always wondered how it would be to drink a cocktail on the terrace facing the Duomo… Last time my parents were in town we stopped by and were lucky enough to get a table (it was 6 PM otherwise a reservation is mandatory). I wasn’t disappointed, the cocktails (spritz aperol – my signature cocktail) was perfect and the view is just unbelievable…
