Casa Talia, an intimate seven-room B&B hotel in the heart of Unesco-protected Modica, is the brainchild of two Milanese designers – who have used the hotel as a showcase for their classy stylings. Modern features complement a layout inspired by Sicily’s rich cultural past, and the result is a laid-back retreat in the midst of the island’s sun-baked countryside.
I almost finished a project I was working on for the past 2 months and so so happy with the result (and thrilled clients!), I can’t wait to share before/after pictures with you! I’m off to the sea this weekend (thank God from friends with a house in Liguria) to rest, relax, drink cocktails and have a good time.
Happy Friday from Apulia people! I’ll be here till Monday for a little break, the weather is perfect and the food divine so not much to complain about! Back at work next week so I’m just going to enjoy myself these next couple of days…
Bari Vecchia, perfect for an afternoon stroll
Pierre Hermé macaroons that my brother and mom brought back from their Paris trip (pretty much perfection!)
Things are slowly coming together on this project I’ve been working on for the last past weeks (these are the family room textiles and rug)
It’s not a new one but it is definitely one of my favorite spots in Milan! The bookstore is the best in town, the art gallery can be visited for free and the patio downstairs is the perfect spot to sip on an Aperol Spritz during happy Hour…
Spring is finally here and I’m really happy go see that plants and trees are blooming everywhere. My parents came to visit early this week and my brother is arriving tonight so this week was spent squeezing work in, sleeping 9 hours every night (to recover from the Marrakesh Marathon), preparing for client meetings next week and looking forward to the weekend!
