mini rose apple pies

mini rose apple pies 8

I tried this super easy recipe a couple of weeks ago. It is one of these great ones that is done in no time and looks like you spent 6 hours in the kitchen…

Mini Rose apple pies

You will need (for about 7-8 mini-pies)

1 roll of puff pastry

5-6 apples (thinly sliced)

1/2 a lemon juice

salted caramel sauce (I was lazy so I used the one I get in France in a tube… you can also use regular caramel sauce)

muffin tins

Start by tossing the apple slices in the lemon juice (this will prevent them to turn brown), set aside.

Cut your puff pastry into 6-7cm strips. Place the apple slices (overlapping each other) and roll. Place the little pies into the muffin tin to keep it tight.

Place in the lower part of your oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Sprinkle with powder sugar et voilà!

the fastest (and easiest) tiramisu ever

TiramisuDip1

My good friend M. is the tiramisu master, he makes this unbelievably fluffy tasty version that makes you want to lick the bowl when it’s all gone. Since I’m usually running out of time doing 3 million things at the time, I found this version that I really want to try…

nutella brownies (the 2 ingredients recipe)

nutella brownies simpleandchicblog 8

This probably is the easiest recipe of ALL TIMES. All you need is 5 medium eggs (or 4 large ones), 250gr of liquid Nutella and eventually crushed nuts (but that’s really up to you), 20min in the oven (180c / 375F) and THAT’S IT (see, told you it was super duper easy)!

I followed the recipe from the Kitchn, there is also a little video here
