Fresh homemade pesto
You will need
2 bunch of fresh basil
1dl of extra virgin olive oil (quality is important!)
3 pinches of sea salt
50gr of grated Parmesan cheese
Put the leaves, olive oil, salt and cheese into a blender. Mix until you get a smooth consistence.
While cooking your pasta al dente, pour the pesto into a pan to heat it up. Once the pasta is cooked and drained, pour it into the pan and let it cook with the pesto for about 1-2 minutes and serve immediately.
