Rösti base + tomato sauce + melted mozzarella = a super yummy lunch…
Rösti goes italian
You will need (for 4 person)
1 jar of basil tomato soup
2 pieces of mozzarella
salt, butter, pepper
and follow this recipe
once you flip the rösti, cook for another 2-3 minutes, add the tomato sauce and mozzarella on top, lower the heat and cover the pan for about 10 minutes (until melted).
Sprinkle with fresh oregano and eat immediately!
